- • As a Staff Talent Sourcer on a contract basis, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging top technical and mission-aligned talent to support Shield AI’s growth in defense technology and autonomous systems.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting proactive talent searches across multiple channels, building and maintaining talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, and crafting personalized outreach strategies to engage passive candidates.
- • You will join a dynamic, mission-driven Talent Acquisition team within a fast-growing deep-tech company that values innovation, integrity, and impact in national security and advanced AI-powered systems.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in sourcing for niche technical and engineering roles within the aerospace and defense sectors, enhance your ability to assess candidate fit for mission-critical positions, and contribute directly to Shield AI’s ability to scale its workforce in support of global operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a technical talent sourcer or recruiter with a strong track record of identifying and engaging passive candidates in engineering, software, or aerospace domains.
- • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools to build diverse and qualified talent pipelines.
- • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth technology or defense-related environments with an understanding of security clearance considerations.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to craft compelling, personalized outreach messages that resonate with technical professionals.
- • Ability to collaborate effectively with recruiters and hiring managers to translate hiring needs into effective sourcing strategies.
