• • As a Staff Technical Program Manager at Okta, you will be instrumental in driving the successful execution and strategic alignment of complex, large-scale technology programs within the Auth0 platform. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional who can expertly navigate intricate operational processes, from initial concept and value clarification through to secure implementation and ongoing optimization. You will act as a key partner to Product and Engineering teams, ensuring clarity on needs, securing cross-organizational commitment, establishing realistic timelines, and facilitating seamless delivery and execution.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to orchestrate and oversee the delivery of critical features and initiatives across Auth0, a high-impact area within Okta. This is a hands-on position where you will own the end-to-end delivery execution, ensuring a high degree of predictability, proactive risk mitigation, and alignment with strategic outcomes at scale. You will be the linchpin connecting various teams, ensuring that program goals translate into tangible results.
