📋 Description

• • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of JioStar’s most critical adtech initiatives—from ideation and technical design to launch and post-launch optimization—ensuring that every sprint, milestone, and release moves the needle for 750 million weekly viewers and India’s top advertisers.
• • Act as the single source of truth for program health, building and maintaining living roadmaps that reconcile engineering capacity, product priorities, and revenue targets while surfacing trade-offs and decision points to executive leadership in crisp, visual formats.
• • Orchestrate cross-functional pods spanning backend, data, ML, product, and business teams across Bengaluru and remote locations, neutralizing silos and aligning every squad on shared OKRs, definition of done, and success metrics.
• • Influence the technical direction of the JioStar Ad Platform by participating in architecture and design reviews, asking second-order questions, and pushing for scalable, resilient, privacy-compliant solutions that can handle Super-Bowl-level traffic spikes without missing an ad impression.
• • Drive Agile excellence at scale: coach Scrum Masters and engineering managers on story writing, estimation, backlog grooming, and sprint ceremonies; institutionalize JIRA hygiene, burn-down analytics, and retros that convert insights into measurable velocity gains.
• • Proactively surface and de-risk program blockers—whether they are infra constraints, policy changes, or vendor delays—by quantifying impact, presenting mitigation options, and negotiating resource re-allocation with data-backed confidence.
• • Build and maintain executive-level dashboards that translate complex engineering metrics (latency, fill-rate, CPM, error budgets) into business outcomes, enabling C-suite stakeholders to make real-time investment decisions.
• • Champion a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement by embedding A/B testing frameworks, feature flags, and progressive rollouts into every release plan, ensuring that new ad formats or targeting models deliver incremental revenue without degrading viewer experience.
• • Mentor junior TPMs and Scrum Masters, codifying best practices in playbooks and brown-bag sessions that raise the overall program management maturity of the organization.
• • Represent JioStar in external industry forums, standards bodies, and partner QBRs, evangelizing our adtech innovations while gathering market intel that feeds back into the roadmap.
• • Lead quarterly planning rituals that balance long-term strategic bets (e.g., CTV addressability, first-party data clean rooms) with short-term revenue commitments, ensuring that engineering teams have clear, stable priorities for at least two quarters ahead.
• • Establish and track SLAs/SLOs for ad delivery, viewability, and fraud prevention, partnering with SRE and data science teams to automate anomaly detection and incident response playbooks that protect advertiser trust and revenue integrity.
