- • As a Staff Technical Program Manager, Operations at Serve Robotics, you will play a pivotal role in scaling robotic delivery operations from novelty to ubiquity by overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of complex technical projects that directly impact the efficiency and scalability of sidewalk robot deployments.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include defining project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for operations initiatives such as depot build-outs, software integrations, deployment automation, and cost reduction projects; leading cross-functional coordination between engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders; gathering and aligning requirements; communicating project status; developing streamlined workflows; maintaining roadmaps; analyzing processes for optimization; and creating detailed technical documentation and implementation artifacts.
- • You will join a team of tech industry veterans in software, hardware, and design who are collaboratively building the future of urban logistics using robotics, machine learning, and computer vision, with a strong focus on end-to-end user experience and solving real-world problems in cities like Los Angeles, Miami, Dallas, Atlanta, and Chicago.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in robotic systems and autonomous operations, sharpen your ability to translate technical concepts across audiences, lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in processes that enable scalable, safe, and efficient robotic delivery networks.
