📋 Description

• • As a Staff Vendor Management Analyst at DexCom, Inc., you will lead global strategic supplier and contract manufacturer governance, ensuring continuity of supply, reducing vendor risks, improving performance, maximizing value, and decreasing costs through strategic influence and cross-functional collaboration.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading supplier performance improvement initiatives, monitoring and reporting supplier performance, collaborating with Planning & Operations on CM build plans via S&OP, coordinating with global factory teams to minimize supply disruptions, driving cost reduction and VAVE programs, overseeing supplier readiness for NPI and change management, providing executive-level reporting, and contributing to process and policy development.
