This critical role will focus on servicing a major client account, acting as the central hub for all influencer and talent vetting requests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure strict adherence to client standards and compliance protocols throughout the entire talent lifecycle. You will meticulously monitor all vetting workflows, providing essential operational support to both the Client Operations and Business Affairs teams. This position offers a flexible, remote work arrangement within the USA, allowing you to contribute effectively from your chosen location.
  • **Key Responsibilities: Talent Vetting & Monitoring:**
  • **Manage Intake and Prioritization:** Efficiently handle the intake and prioritization of all incoming influencer and talent vetting requests, ensuring timely processing.
  • **Conduct Comprehensive Vetting:** Perform thorough vetting of influencers and talent partners, meticulously applying established client rubrics and compliance standards to ensure brand safety and suitability.
  • **Monitor Social Media Activity:** Continuously monitor the social media accounts of contracted talent during their engagement and for prescribed periods thereafter, identifying any potential issues or deviations from guidelines.
  • **Document Findings:** Accurately and meticulously document all vetting findings and compliance assessments, maintaining a clear and detailed record for each talent partner.
  • **Risk Identification and Escalation:** Proactively identify and flag potential risks, concerns, or compliance breaches, escalating them promptly and effectively to senior team members for guidance and resolution.
  • **Key Responsibilities: Database & Systems Management:**
  • **Maintain Talent Records:** Meticulously maintain and update all client talent records within Airtable, ensuring the highest level of data accuracy and integrity.
  • **Ensure Data Integrity:** Implement robust quality control measures across all client databases to guarantee the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of information.
  • **Generate Reports and Insights:** Create insightful reports and extract valuable data from Airtable to support internal decision-making and fulfill client-facing reporting requirements.
  • **Develop Workflow Trackers:** Design and maintain comprehensive workflow trackers to ensure all stakeholders are consistently informed of progress and status updates.
  • **Key Responsibilities: Cross-Functional Support:**
  • **Provide Operational Assistance:** Offer dedicated operational support to the Client Operations and Business Affairs teams as required, contributing to the smooth execution of projects.
  • **Contribute to Process Improvement:** Actively participate in process improvement initiatives, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • **Translate Standards into Workflows:** Assist in translating updated client standards and evolving requirements into clear, actionable operational workflows.
  • **Foster Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with team members across departments to streamline operations, enhance overall efficiency, and achieve collective goals.
  • **Key Responsibilities: Client Communication & Coordination:**
  • **Act as Liaison:** Serve as a key liaison between internal teams, external client stakeholders, and legal representatives, facilitating clear and consistent communication.
  • **Participate in Client Calls:** Engage in client calls to align on vetting standards, compliance requirements, operational updates, and strategic objectives.
  • **Communicate Findings:** Clearly and concisely communicate vetting findings, recommendations, and operational updates to both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring understanding and alignment.
