📋 Description

• • The Site Start Up Lead APAC is a critical role responsible for ensuring the timely and successful activation of clinical trial sites across the Asia-Pacific region, directly contributing to the delivery of precision medicine initiatives in oncology and rare diseases.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing site start-up processes through activation readiness strategies, coordinating critical path planning (IRB/EC submissions, ICF customization, IMP release), collaborating with stakeholders for milestone alignment, providing oversight of tracking systems, mentoring junior staff, acting as a Subject Matter Expert for country-specific regulations, and supporting training and translation efforts.

• • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in global site start-up strategy, strengthen leadership and cross-functional coordination skills, gain mastery over regulatory submissions across APAC countries, and become a trusted knowledge hub for country-specific processes—positioning them for advancement into senior project or functional leadership roles within the CRO or biotech industry.
