📋 Description

  • The Start Up Lead (LATAM) is responsible for executing site start-up strategy and planning across Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru, ensuring timely activation of clinical trial sites through coordination of regulatory submissions, document management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Day-to-day duties include managing the site start-up process via activation readiness strategies, coordinating critical path planning (IRB/EC, CA/MoH, ICF customization, IMP release), collaborating with stakeholders for milestone alignment, providing oversight of tracking systems, translating submission documents, mentoring staff on local regulations, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for site start-up queries, and supporting training and country-specific process development.
  • Precision Medicine Group is expanding its clinical trial capabilities across Latin America, leveraging expertise in global site start-up to deliver high-quality, compliant trial activation. The role operates remotely from Mexico and partners with cross-functional teams including Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Project Management, and Site Contracts.
  • The role offers deep expertise in global clinical trial site start-up, leadership in cross-functional coordination, mentorship opportunities, and the chance to shape country-specific processes and tools that improve efficiency and knowledge sharing across LATAM markets.
