- • This dual study program in Outdoor Studies at roadsurfer GmbH offers a unique blend of academic learning and hands-on experience in Europe’s largest campervan rental company, allowing students to gain practical insight across all business functions while contributing to a fast-growing international travel startup.
- • Day to day, the student will rotate through key departments including Station Operations, Sales, Marketing, Fleet Operations, People & Culture, and Customer Experience, supporting camper handovers, vehicle maintenance, customer service, fleet coordination, and office-based project work depending on the season.
- • The team at roadsurfer fosters a collaborative, flat-hierarchy culture with regular team events, office dogs, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance through flexible arrangements like home office, office days in Munich, and international workation opportunities.
- • Through this role, the student will develop a comprehensive understanding of how an international outdoor travel business operates, gain cross-functional experience, and position themselves for a potential leadership opportunity to open and manage their own roadsurfer station upon successful graduation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Currently enrolled in a dual study program in Outdoor Studies
- • Valid Class B driver’s license
- • Proficiency in German and English (additional languages are a plus)
- • Basic experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- • Motivated, self-driven, and eager to take on responsibility
- • Strong customer focus, teamwork skills, and communication abilities
