Your primary responsibility will be to build and manage a robust sales pipeline, expertly lead discovery sessions and product demonstrations, develop compelling business cases, and skillfully negotiate complex contracts.

  • • Your role will involve leading in-depth discovery sessions designed to diagnose how prospects currently source opportunities, develop proposals, and manage compliance. You will meticulously map out how the GovSignals platform can deliver material reductions in time, cost, and risk for these organizations.
  • • You will be responsible for delivering impactful platform demonstrations that vividly illustrate how GovSignals transforms capture and proposal workflows. This will involve utilizing real-world examples and relevant data to clearly articulate the tangible value proposition.
  • • A key aspect of this role is architecting creative and effective enterprise deal structures. This requires navigating complex multi-stakeholder environments, understanding budget constraints, accommodating various contracting preferences, and addressing implementation considerations to accelerate the sales cycle and ensure successful closures.
  • • You will actively work to shorten sales cycles by proactively anticipating potential roadblocks, aligning key decision-makers, and guiding prospects through evaluation stages with a clear, structured approach.
  • • Developing robust business cases and ROI models will be crucial. These will quantify the benefits of using GovSignals, including expanded opportunity pipelines, significant savings in proposal development time, enhanced compliance, and improved resource efficiencies.
  • • Close collaboration with our Product and Engineering teams is essential. You will provide structured, actionable feedback derived from your sales interactions, focusing on data requirements, workflow enhancements, and critical enterprise feature requests.
  • • You will also partner closely with the Client Success team to ensure a seamless transition from contract signing to client onboarding, setting clear expectations regarding timelines, workflows, and key success milestones.
  • • Representing GovSignals at industry conferences and events will be an opportunity to engage directly with prospects, identify high-value conversations, and generate pipeline through in-person interactions.
  • • Maintaining disciplined CRM hygiene is paramount, ensuring accurate forecasting, clearly defined next steps, and consistent visibility into all active opportunities.
