- • The State Manager Consultant II plays a key role in driving profitable growth within an assigned state, market, or line of business by developing innovative strategies that strengthen performance and support long-term success.
- • Day to day, the role involves independently analyzing market trends, competitive positions, and business performance; interpreting how broader business strategies impact local markets; applying expertise in product development, pricing, and risk management to support underwriting and business strategies; reviewing compliance requirements; managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; ensuring accurate execution of regulatory and legislative practices; using data sources and technology tools for research and analysis; evaluating research and reports; maintaining project discipline; and monitoring progress, timelines, and performance benchmarks.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2 or more years of relevant experience preferred
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Structured Query Language (SQL)
- • Strong skills in business case analysis, data analysis, and data analytics
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- • Excellent communication and creative thinking abilities to convey insights and recommend strategic actions
