📋 Description

• • The Technical Account Manager at Veeam Software Group GmbH is a technical team member responsible for planning, architecture, coordination, and management of professional services engagements, focusing on architecting and project managing availability solutions including data protection and monitoring.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing input to proposals and Statements of Work, supporting delivery implementation and consulting services, providing overall project guidance (plans, schedules, communication, resource plans, status updates), assisting with solution assessment and design, supporting implementation effort estimation, creating white papers and documentation, delivering onsite knowledge transfer, documenting configurations, analyzing installed environments for optimal configurations, facilitating client-support communication, identifying additional client needs resolvable with Veeam solutions, providing input for process and documentation improvement, and undertaking overnight travel as needed.
