  • • Support product line workflows and bid procurement needs for Stop Loss Virtual Office (SLVO) customers, including Brown & Brown teammates, their clients, and panel carriers.
  • • Coordinate and execute electronic and manual processes including sending, receiving, and tracking applications and proposals for stop loss coverage.
  • • Conduct bid negotiations and manage placement demands for stop loss products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
  • • Prepare and deliver market summaries, decision support tools, and analytics to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • • Collaborate with designated local offices to submit complete and accurate RFP submissions for stop loss coverage.
  • • Produce client deliverables for internal teammates, ensuring alignment with SLVO strategy and customer service standards.
  • • Review marketing summaries and proposals received, managing workflows to meet critical deadlines and client expectations.
  • • Communicate regularly with producers, local service teams, and stop loss carriers to provide updates, clarify requirements, and resolve issues.
  • • Collect required disclosure information and assist in, or lead, the negotiation of final stop loss proposals.
  • • Present renewal marketing summaries and decision support to clients as needed, in coordination with producers and service teams.
  • • Submit and confirm final renewal terms to ensure perpetual system accuracy and proper billing reconciliation.
  • • Serve as a primary source of knowledge for local offices on all matters related to stop loss products and processes.
  • • Participate in product line advisory committees to improve internal processes, output quality, and teammate objectives.
  • • Ensure optimal utilization of product group resources—including actuarial, claims, and loss control teams—to enhance client outcomes.
  • • Attend required training sessions and courses to maintain up-to-date product knowledge and professional skills.
  • • Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information processed in the role.
  • • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • • Perform other duties as assigned to support the operational needs of the Stop Loss Virtual Office.
