  • • The Strategic Account Associate (SAA) is an entry-level role in the Strategic Account Management department at Precision AQ, LLC, designed to develop professionals into future Strategic Account Managers and Directors by building foundational skills in client strategy, account support, and business growth.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include initiating and overseeing Precision AQ activities on behalf of clients, managing client-Precision AQ communication on strategy and planning, acting as a partner to clients by taking ownership of their business outcomes, closely managing client budgets and team efficiency to maximize ROI, mentoring and training team members, and supporting the preparation of strategic plans, client materials, and healthcare practitioner engagements.
  • • Precision AQ is a remote-first, U.S.-based medical communications company focused on delivering strategic solutions for healthcare and life sciences clients; the SAA role contributes directly to revenue generation, client retention, and internal team development while serving as a strong advocate for the company’s brand and capabilities.
  • • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in medical communications strategy, client relationship management, financial accountability, and cross-functional collaboration; they will gain experience in strategic planning, presentation design, and business development, positioning them for advancement into senior account leadership roles.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD) in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or advanced degree in management, marketing, or business preferred
  • • At least 1 year of account management experience within the medical communications or related industry
  • • PowerPoint design proficiency
  • • Strong strategic and analytical background
  • • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • • Strong desire to learn in a fast-paced environment
