- • Ping Identity is seeking a driven and results-oriented Strategic Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This field-based role is pivotal in driving net new logo acquisition and expanding existing customer relationships within an assigned territory. You will be instrumental in achieving regional sales objectives by developing and executing a personalized sales plan, leveraging Ping Identity's cutting-edge intelligent, cloud identity platform. This platform empowers businesses to deliver secure and seamless digital experiences, enabling users to shop, work, and interact with confidence and without friction. - • In this critical role, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, measuring, and refining a strategic personal sales plan designed to meet and exceed performance goals, directly aligning with the overarching regional sales strategy. A significant part of your day-to-day will involve deeply understanding customer needs and effectively positioning and articulating Ping Identity's unique value proposition to maximize business opportunities and drive significant revenue growth. You will engage in complex negotiations, skillfully closing intricate contracts with the crucial support of our global partner network. Regular reporting of sales activities, pipeline status, and accurate forecasts to senior management will be essential for strategic decision-making. You will also be tasked with preparing indicative subscription pricing and crafting compelling customer offers, which includes evaluating broader service opportunities such as training and professional services modules, and guiding the response to formal requests for proposals (RFPs). A key aspect of this role involves acting as a conduit for customer insights, providing invaluable feedback to our marketing, customer success, product management, and engineering teams to inform product development and service enhancements. Furthermore, you will proactively work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to acquire additional or specialist resources whenever necessary to ensure customer success and drive deal closure.
