  • Ping Identity is seeking a driven and experienced Strategic Account Executive to spearhead net new logo acquisition within the enterprise sector. This pivotal role is instrumental in driving the company's growth by identifying and securing new, high-value clients for Ping Identity's intelligent, cloud identity platform. You will be at the forefront of enabling businesses to deliver secure and seamless digital experiences, allowing their users to shop, work, bank, and interact with confidence and without friction. As a Strategic Account Executive, you are not just selling a product; you are offering a solution that fundamentally enhances cybersecurity, streamlines digital interactions, and empowers businesses to thrive in an increasingly digital world. Your success will directly contribute to Ping Identity's mission of changing how businesses and people perceive cybersecurity and identity management, ensuring digital freedom for all.
  • In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive personal sales plan tailored to achieve ambitious performance goals, meticulously aligned with the overarching regional sales strategy. A significant part of your day-to-day will involve deeply understanding customer needs and effectively positioning Ping Identity's unique value proposition to maximize the business opportunity and demonstrate tangible benefits. You will engage in complex negotiations, skillfully closing intricate contracts with the crucial support of Ping Identity's extensive global partner network. Regular and accurate reporting of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to senior management will be essential for strategic decision-making and resource allocation. You will also be tasked with preparing detailed indicative subscription pricing and crafting compelling customer offers, which may include evaluating broader opportunities such as training programs and professional services modules. Furthermore, you will play a key role in guiding responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), ensuring that Ping Identity's capabilities are clearly and effectively communicated. Providing invaluable customer feedback to cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, product management, and engineering, is critical for continuous improvement and product innovation. You will also collaborate effectively with internal teams to acquire additional or specialist resources as needed, ensuring you have the full support required to succeed in complex enterprise sales engagements.
