- • In this pivotal founding role, you will be instrumental in shaping and scaling Dandy's strategic sales channel. This position is designed for an individual who thrives in a high-growth, dynamic environment and possesses a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing master agreements with the largest group practices and Dental Support Organizations (DSOs) in the nation, entities that typically range from 100 to 1500 locations. This is a unique opportunity to build a core go-to-market channel from the ground up for what is rapidly becoming the fastest-growing product in the history of the dental technology sector.
- • Your primary focus will be on executing a sophisticated, executive-level sales strategy. This involves engaging with a diverse set of stakeholders, including C-suite executives, regional management, and key decision-makers across these large organizations. The objective is to secure significant master agreements, pilot programs, and large-scale rollouts of Dandy's comprehensive platform. You will not be operating in isolation; this role comes with dedicated support, including an Inside Account Executive (AE) to manage bottom-up engagement, a Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate and qualify leads, and a dedicated post-sales team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing success.
- • As a Strategic Account Executive, you will be a key contributor to the strategic direction of this foundational sales team. Your insights and experiences will directly influence the evolution of our sales processes and go-to-market strategies. You will be expected to meticulously track all sales activities and pipeline progression within Salesforce, consistently striving to not only meet but exceed ambitious sales targets. This role demands a proactive and analytical approach to sales management, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization of sales efforts.
- • A critical aspect of this role involves developing a deep understanding of the dental industry landscape and the unique challenges faced by large group practices and DSOs. You will continuously educate yourself on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to refine and articulate Dandy's value proposition for this specific market segment. This commitment to continuous learning and industry expertise will be crucial in building trust and establishing Dandy as the indispensable partner for these strategic accounts.
- • Collaboration will be paramount. You will work closely with senior sales leadership to align on high-level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and revenue objectives, ensuring that your efforts contribute directly to the company's overall growth strategy. Furthermore, you will partner effectively with your assigned Inside AE, employing a hybrid sales approach where your top-down executive engagement complements their bottom-up efforts, creating a comprehensive strategy to win and retain these high-value accounts.
