- • In this dynamic role, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass the entire sales lifecycle. You will proactively identify and engage potential clients through strategic prospecting, meticulously qualifying leads to ensure alignment with MRI's offerings. A significant part of your role will involve conducting in-depth needs assessments, delving into the unique challenges faced by small-to-mid-market commercial or residential real estate businesses. You will then skillfully demonstrate how MRI's comprehensive suite of solutions addresses these specific pain points, articulating clear value propositions and quantifiable ROI. Building and nurturing a robust sales pipeline will be crucial, drawing from both inbound interest and your own lead generation efforts. You will be responsible for negotiating pricing and contract terms, striking a balance between securing profitable deals and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. To facilitate seamless deal execution, you will collaborate closely with internal departments, including Sales Operations, Order Management, and Legal, ensuring all aspects of the transaction are handled efficiently and accurately. Maintaining impeccable CRM hygiene and providing precise weekly sales forecasts are essential for operational visibility and strategic planning. Furthermore, you will act as a vital conduit between clients and our internal teams, collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Services, Support, and Implementation to guarantee client success post-sale. Your insights will also be invaluable in providing critical feedback to our Product and Marketing teams regarding evolving client needs and competitive market dynamics.
