  • • Jump Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and accomplished Strategic Account Executive to spearhead our most critical and high-value partnerships within the financial services sector. This pivotal role is designed for a seasoned sales professional who excels at navigating complex organizational structures and influencing C-suite executives to secure transformative AI solutions. As a Strategic Account Executive, you will be the primary driver for acquiring and expanding our presence within the world's largest and most prestigious financial institutions, including Tier-1 banks, global asset managers, and national broker-dealers. Your mission will be to architect and execute bespoke account strategies that establish foundational partnerships, fundamentally altering how these institutions leverage the power of Artificial Intelligence.
  • • This is a high-impact, strategic position that demands a unique combination of visionary salesmanship, adept political navigation, and meticulous execution. You will be responsible for identifying and leading the pursuit of our "Top 25" global financial institution targets. This involves developing comprehensive, tailored account plans that address the specific needs and strategic objectives of each prospective client. Your success will be measured by your ability to not only secure new business but also to foster deep, long-term relationships built on trust and mutual value.
  • • A core component of this role involves building and maintaining profound, trust-based relationships with C-suite level stakeholders. You will need to understand their strategic priorities, digital transformation roadmaps, and the challenges they face. Your ability to align Jump's AI capabilities and product roadmap with these overarching client goals will be critical. This requires a sophisticated understanding of the financial services industry and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a business-centric manner.
  • • You will be tasked with leading the negotiation of high-complexity, multi-million dollar contracts. These deals often involve intricate legal frameworks, stringent security protocols, and demanding data privacy requirements. Your expertise in structuring and closing these large-scale agreements will be paramount. This includes working closely with legal, compliance, and procurement teams on both sides to ensure a smooth and successful transaction.
  • • Acting as the "internal CEO" for your designated accounts, you will be responsible for orchestrating and coordinating efforts across multiple internal departments. This includes close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Customer Success teams to ensure that Jump consistently over-delivers on its strategic commitments to clients. Your ability to manage internal resources effectively and drive alignment will be key to client satisfaction and retention.
  • • Beyond securing initial partnerships, you will be instrumental in developing and executing expansion strategies. This involves identifying opportunities to broaden Jump's footprint across various business units, product lines, and international geographies within the parent organization. Your goal will be to maximize the value derived from each client relationship and drive sustained revenue growth.
  • • You will also serve as a thought leader within the FinServ AI space. This entails staying abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies. You will help institutional leaders understand the potential of AI, guiding them through the transition from legacy workflows to AI-augmented operations and demonstrating how Jump can be a catalyst for innovation and efficiency.
