- • Strategic Account Executive role focused on driving growth and expanding market reach for Rocket Software’s Enterprise Suite products across the United States.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying and pursuing new enterprise business opportunities, building relationships with C-suite executives, leading complex deal negotiations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining accurate sales forecasts via CRM, and representing the company at industry events.

🎯 Requirements
- • Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field; MBA or advanced degree considered an asset
- • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in enterprise software sales with proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- • Demonstrated success working directly with C-Suite executives to cultivate relationships and secure large strategic enterprise deals
- • Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments including cloud, mainframe, and hybrid infrastructure
- • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- • Ability to travel within the Americas as required (50% travel expectation)
