  • Ping Identity is seeking a driven and experienced Strategic Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role is pivotal in driving net new logo acquisition and expanding existing customer relationships within an assigned territory. You will be instrumental in articulating Ping Identity's value proposition, which centers on making digital experiences both secure and seamless for all users, enabling digital freedom without compromise.   • As a Strategic Account Executive, your day-to-day responsibilities will be multifaceted and focused on achieving significant sales targets. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously measuring a personalized sales plan that aligns with and drives the achievement of regional sales strategies. A core part of your role will involve deeply understanding customer needs and positioning Ping Identity's comprehensive solutions to maximize business opportunities and deliver tangible value. You will engage in complex contract negotiations, leveraging the support of our global partner ecosystem to secure favorable outcomes. Regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and accurate forecasting to senior management will be essential for strategic decision-making. You will also be tasked with preparing indicative subscription pricing, crafting compelling customer offers, and identifying broader opportunities such as training and professional services modules. Furthermore, you will guide and contribute to the response process for requests for proposals (RFPs), ensuring Ping Identity's strengths are clearly communicated. A crucial aspect of this role involves acting as a conduit for customer feedback, relaying insights to our marketing, customer success, product management, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation. You will also proactively collaborate with internal teams and external partners to acquire additional or specialist resources as needed, ensuring a seamless and effective sales process for your clients.
