  • As a Strategic Account Executive, your day-to-day responsibilities will be multifaceted and centered around achieving ambitious sales targets. You will be tasked with developing, implementing, and meticulously measuring a personalized sales plan that directly aligns with and supports the overarching regional sales strategy. A key aspect of your role will involve deeply understanding customer needs and effectively positioning Ping Identity's comprehensive value proposition to maximize business opportunities and drive significant revenue growth. You will engage in complex contract negotiations, leveraging the support of our global partner network to secure favorable terms and close deals. Regular and accurate reporting of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to senior management will be crucial for strategic decision-making. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing indicative subscription pricing, crafting compelling customer offers, and evaluating broader opportunities such as training and professional services modules. You will also play a vital role in guiding responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), ensuring Ping Identity's solutions are presented effectively. A critical function will be to act as a conduit for customer feedback, relaying insights to our marketing, customer success, product management, and engineering teams to inform product development and service enhancements. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to acquire additional or specialist resources whenever necessary to ensure customer success and drive deal closure.
