Kong Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Strategic Account Executive to join our dynamic team in South Korea. This pivotal role involves partnering with C-suite executives at leading organizations to address their most critical security and connectivity challenges. You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding Kong's market presence by managing the full sales cycle for strategic enterprise accounts.
- • As a Strategic Account Executive, you will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to your clients. Your primary responsibility will be to own the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and qualification to complex negotiation and closing deals. This requires a deep understanding of enterprise sales methodologies, a proactive approach to pipeline management, and the ability to meticulously document buying criteria and processes to ensure pipeline accuracy and drive deals to successful closure.
- • You will be tasked with navigating and cultivating relationships within large, complex organizations. This involves building rapport and trust with a diverse range of stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT leadership, procurement teams, and key decision-makers across multiple departments. Your ability to understand their unique business needs and translate them into compelling solutions will be paramount.
- • Developing and executing comprehensive account plans will be a core component of your role. These plans will serve as a roadmap for identifying high-potential opportunities within your assigned territory, outlining strategic approaches, and defining clear pathways to achieve success. This expertise will enable you to effectively position Kong as the leading solution for securing, managing, accelerating, governing, and monetizing the flow of intelligence across APIs and AI models.
