  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of enterprise sales. You will meticulously develop, manage, and close intricate sales cycles, initiating contact with potential clients, leading in-depth discovery sessions to understand their unique needs, and crafting compelling business cases that highlight Wrike's value proposition. A significant part of your role will involve delivering persuasive presentations and strategic business cases directly to executive audiences, showcasing your strategic thinking, robust business acumen, and exceptional consultative communication skills. Accurate and insightful forecasting of your pipeline on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis will be essential, alongside maintaining impeccable hygiene within our CRM system, Salesforce. You will act as an expert consultant, guiding clients through their digital and operational transformation journeys, proactively identifying and driving opportunities for upsells, cross-sells, and overall expansion of Wrike's engagement within these large enterprise accounts. A key aspect of your success will be your ability to proactively lead and orchestrate cross-functional internal teams, including Marketing, Sales Development, Solution Consultants, Legal, Security, and Implementation specialists, to ensure a seamless and world-class client experience from initial engagement through to post-sale.
  • • You will skillfully navigate the complexities of enterprise sales, including intricate legal, procurement, compliance, and security processes, working collaboratively with both internal Wrike teams and external client stakeholders to overcome any hurdles. Staying ahead of the curve on SaaS trends and industry best practices will be paramount, enabling you to serve as a trusted advisor to your clients and contribute valuable insights to the broader Wrike team. Furthermore, you will guide enterprise buyers through the critical stages of organizational change management and adoption planning, ensuring alignment, comprehensive education, and readiness across large, often dispersed, buying groups. A smooth and comprehensive handoff to our Customer Success and Implementation teams is vital, requiring clear documentation of client goals, expectations, and key learnings to ensure continued client success and engagement. You will also play a crucial role in capturing and disseminating valuable enterprise customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market feedback to our Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership teams, contributing to Wrike's continuous improvement and strategic direction. Finally, you will have the opportunity to mentor and support the development of junior account executives, sharing your expertise, best practices, and contributing to overall team enablement initiatives, fostering a culture of shared growth and success.

You will become proficient in navigating intricate enterprise procurement, legal, and security processes, and gain expertise in utilizing Salesforce and the modern SaaS sales technology stack. By collaborating with diverse internal teams and leading client engagements, you will develop exceptional leadership and project management skills. Moreover, you will contribute to shaping Wrike's go-to-market strategy for the enterprise segment and have the chance to mentor junior colleagues, further solidifying your leadership capabilities and contributing to the collective success of the New Business team.
