- • You will be responsible for closing complex, high-value deals, often involving intricate multi-year and multi-seat contract negotiations. Maintaining meticulous records within Salesforce and HubSpot is essential for accurate forecasting and pipeline management, ensuring transparency and predictability in our sales operations. Furthermore, you will foster strong cross-functional collaboration, working closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure our messaging accurately reflects product capabilities and client needs, and to gather valuable market feedback.
- • To enhance our sales effectiveness, you will leverage Gong to analyze sales calls, identify key patterns, proactively surface objections, and ultimately increase our win rates. Your insights will be invaluable in refining our sales strategies and improving our overall performance. Beyond individual deal-making, you will actively contribute to the development of scalable sales materials, best practices, and early playbooks that will form the foundation of our future sales success, helping to build a repeatable and efficient sales engine.
