- • As a Strategic Account Executive based in Austin, you will be instrumental in driving this transformation. You will lead highly consultative, value-driven sales cycles, engaging directly with C-level decision-makers within fast-growing startups and established Global 2000 enterprises. This will involve leading tailored product demonstrations, crafting compelling value narratives that resonate with executive stakeholders, and effectively communicating the transformative potential of Rox's AI-powered solutions.

You will work hand-in-hand with our product and solutions engineering teams, providing invaluable market feedback to help shape the product roadmap and integration strategies. 🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 4 years of strategic sales experience, with a proven track record of closing deals in the $100K - $2M range.
- • Demonstrated experience selling to enterprise buyers within a value-based, consultative sales motion.
- • Experience with established sales methodologies such as Playbook Experience, Command of the Message, or Value Selling Organization.
- • High learning velocity and intellectual curiosity; a demonstrated ability to "dig deep" and understand complex technical concepts (RTFM).
- • Proven ability to thrive and operate effectively in early-stage or high-ambiguity environments (companies with fewer than 150 employees).
- • Possess a builder mindset, demonstrating ownership and a proactive approach to managing and executing deals.
