  • • As a Strategic Account Executive, CX Solutions at Distyl AI, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing customer experiences for Fortune 500 companies. This pivotal role involves owning a select portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts and spearheading complex, high-value sales cycles focused on delivering Distyl's cutting-edge Customer Experience (CX) solution offerings. You will be instrumental in selling packaged, outcome-driven CX solutions designed to address critical business needs across various industries. These solutions are not generic AI services; they are meticulously defined offerings with clear scope, measurable success metrics, and proven, repeatable deployment patterns, ensuring rapid time to value for our clients.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to drive the adoption of our advanced CX solutions, including conversational commerce (across voice, chat, and email channels), agent assist tools for real-time guidance, next-best-action and personalization engines, and proactive retention strategies. You will engage with CX, Operations, and Technology executives at Fortune 1000 companies, positioning these solutions as transformative investments that yield tangible business outcomes.
  • • This is a quota-carrying position designed for a top-performing enterprise seller who excels in category-defining markets and is comfortable closing multi-million-dollar CX transformation deals. You will be expected to build deep, trusted relationships with senior executives, including SVPs and VPs of CX, COOs, CIOs, and CDOs, leading executive-level conversations that focus on measurable ROI, operational efficiencies, and strategic business impact, rather than solely on technical features or underlying AI models.
  • • A key aspect of this role is opportunity development. You will guide prospective clients through a structured discovery process, meticulously mapping their specific CX pain points to the most relevant Distyl solution offerings. This consultative approach ensures that we are solving real problems and avoiding open-ended or bespoke scoping that can dilute value and extend timelines.
  • • Deal shaping and negotiation will be critical. You will collaborate closely with our Solutions, Product, and Implementation teams to define solution scope, establish clear success metrics, and negotiate commercial terms. Navigating complex procurement, security, and legal processes will be essential to successfully close high-ACV, multi-year CX solution deals.
  • • Beyond initial deal closure, you will be responsible for account expansion within your strategic accounts. This involves identifying and selling additional CX solution modules and follow-on use cases, working in close partnership with our delivery teams to ensure that successful outcomes translate into renewals, upsells, and valuable customer references.
  • • Maintaining a strong understanding of the CX AI landscape is paramount. You will need to develop and articulate a clear point of view on competitive positioning, emerging buyer priorities, and market trends. This insight will be invaluable for feeding back into Distyl's CX solution packaging, pricing strategies, and go-to-market efforts.
  • • The ideal candidate possesses 8-12 years of enterprise sales experience in AI, SaaS, cloud, or data platforms, with a proven track record as a Majors or Strategic Account Executive closing deals exceeding $1 million in Annual Contract Value (ACV). Established credibility with enterprise buyers in the CX domain, with the ability to leverage existing relationships to accelerate early pipeline development, is highly desirable.
  • • Experience selling into Customer Experience, contact center, or customer operations organizations is crucial. You should have a strong history of both new logo acquisition and expansion within large enterprises. Comfort in selling defined solutions that integrate product, platform, and implementation services, rather than purely consulting engagements, is essential.
  • • Exceptional skills in discovery, consultative selling, executive-level storytelling, and negotiation are required. The ability to operate independently while fostering strong collaboration with founders and cross-functional teams is key to success in this dynamic environment.
  • • While not mandatory, experience selling contact center or CX solutions into regulated industries such as healthcare or insurance, and a demonstrated ability to navigate complex security, compliance, and data governance constraints within enterprise environments, would be strongly preferred.
