- • As a foundational member of our go-to-market team, you will be instrumental in driving our sales motion from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to land our initial major enterprise clients, actively contribute to the development of our sales playbook, and collaborate directly with the VP of Sales and our founder. You will be a key architect in building a high-performance revenue engine for a rapidly growing, well-funded startup that has just secured $50 million in Series A funding from prominent investors like Bessemer, Craft, and TLV Partners. Our leadership team includes a seasoned, multi-time founder, ensuring a strategic and experienced guiding hand.
- • Our innovative platform is designed for maximum flexibility and security. It is LLM-agnostic, meaning it can integrate with any large language model, and it seamlessly connects with any data source. Through our proprietary Blueprint-led approach, we deliver fully customized AI applications without requiring fine-tuning or data sharing, a significant differentiator in the market. Our pricing model is based on the tangible value delivered to the client, aligning our success directly with theirs. This unique value proposition positions Unframe as the ideal partner for companies looking to "buy" rather than "build" their AI capabilities, especially those in highly regulated sectors.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to drive enterprise transformation by leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. You will target highly regulated industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Retail, where our on-premises deployment capabilities offer a distinct competitive advantage and address critical security and compliance needs. This requires a deep understanding of the unique challenges and requirements within these sectors.
- • You will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline generation in an early-stage environment to closing strategic enterprise accounts. This means identifying and engaging with potential clients who may not yet be aware of Unframe or have established needs for our specific solutions. Your ability to build relationships and articulate value from scratch will be paramount.
- • A crucial aspect of this role involves translating complex AI/ML capabilities into clear, compelling business outcomes for C-suite stakeholders. You will act as a trusted advisor, demonstrating how Unframe's platform can solve critical business problems, enhance efficiency, and drive innovation, thereby positioning us as the preferred solution for "buy vs. build" decisions.
- • Beyond initial acquisition, you will be responsible for architecting multi-year expansion strategies within existing accounts. This involves cultivating deep, long-term relationships across various departments, including IT, product development, and innovation teams, ensuring Unframe becomes an indispensable partner in their AI journey.
- • Furthermore, you will play a vital role in our go-to-market strategy. You will collaborate closely with the VP of Sales and founders to refine our enterprise sales strategy, provide invaluable market feedback, and influence the product roadmap based on customer needs and market trends. Your insights will directly shape the future direction of Unframe.
