  • • As a Strategic Account Executive at Monte Carlo Data, Inc., you will be at the forefront of driving significant new business acquisition and expanding existing customer relationships within the Global 2000 segment. This pivotal role is designed for a seasoned sales professional who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment and is passionate about helping enterprises leverage data and AI reliably. You will be instrumental in executing our upmarket strategy, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities across diverse verticals, and contributing to the rapid expansion of our sales team, which is poised for substantial growth.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement sophisticated, consultative sales strategies and tactics. This involves not only generating a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities but also meticulously driving them to successful closure, ensuring predictable and repeatable bookings. You will be expected to master our solution selling approach, deeply understanding the unique challenges and objectives of our enterprise clients.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves leveraging Account-Based Marketing (ABM) support to strategically prospect into C-suite executives, particularly Chief Data Officers (CDOs) and Chief Technology Officers (CTOs), as well as other key data leaders. You will lead the critical discovery process, gathering essential inputs for Business Value Assessments (BVAs) that clearly articulate the tangible benefits and ROI of Monte Carlo's platform.
  • • You will co-own the development of compelling BVA presentations and take full ownership of presenting these solutions to prospective clients. This requires not only a deep understanding of our product but also the ability to translate technical capabilities into strategic business outcomes that resonate with executive buyers. Your goal is to become a trusted advisor and thought leader, establishing strong executive buyer relationships and defining clear, positive business outcomes for large, complex enterprises.
  • • Collaboration is paramount. You will work closely with a variety of internal teams, including Sales Engineering, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Partnerships, to ensure a cohesive and effective go-to-market strategy. Equally important is your ability to engage with external partners and customers, fostering strong alliances and driving mutual success.
  • • You will be responsible for conducting thorough research to identify and generate new business opportunities. This involves proactively building and managing a comprehensive sales funnel and pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of potential deals. Your efforts will directly contribute to Monte Carlo's market share growth and its position as a leader in data observability and reliability.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of data reliability for some of the world's most prestigious companies. You will be part of a company recognized for its innovation, backed by top-tier investors, and celebrated for its world-class employee experience. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive revenue, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the overall growth and strategic direction of the sales organization.
  • • You will be expected to understand and articulate the value proposition of Monte Carlo's data observability platform, which helps businesses ensure the reliability of their data and AI initiatives. This involves engaging in technical and business-level conversations, understanding data architectures, and demonstrating how Monte Carlo can solve critical data downtime issues.
  • • The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating complex sales cycles within large organizations, understanding procurement processes, and building consensus among multiple stakeholders. You will be a proactive problem-solver, identifying potential roadblocks and developing strategies to overcome them, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
  • • By joining Monte Carlo, you become part of a mission-driven team dedicated to making data trustworthy. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, collaborate with talented individuals, and make a significant impact on the data landscape for leading global enterprises.
