As a Strategic Account Executive, Healthcare Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in empowering healthcare organizations to identify, build, and realize the immense value of their Generative AI investments, often for the very first time. - • In this critical, quota-carrying role, you will be entrusted with managing a select portfolio of strategic enterprise healthcare accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to lead complex, high-value sales cycles, specifically focused on selling Distyl's comprehensive Healthcare solution offerings. You will be instrumental in positioning and selling our packaged, outcome-driven healthcare solutions, which are designed to address critical pain points in areas such as prior authorization decisioning, utilization management, clinical and administrative workflow automation, policy interpretation, and judgment-heavy operational decisioning. Your target audience will include senior leaders across Clinical Operations, Medical Management, Revenue Cycle, and Technology within large, influential healthcare organizations.
- • This position is designed for a top-performing enterprise seller who excels in regulated, high-stakes environments and possesses a proven ability to close multi-million-dollar healthcare transformation deals with C-suite executives. You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and articulate how Distyl's AI solutions can drive significant operational efficiencies and clinical improvements.
- • Key Responsibilities include Strategic Enterprise Selling for Healthcare Solutions: You will own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals involving Distyl's healthcare solution offerings. This involves leading long-cycle sales processes that engage a wide array of stakeholders, including Clinical Operations, Medical Directors, Revenue Cycle Management, IT departments, Data Science teams, Security, and Compliance officers. Your focus will be on selling solutions that are directly tied to measurable outcomes, such as accelerating decision turnaround times, significantly reducing administrative burden, improving the accuracy of utilization reviews, and generating substantial earnings impact for our clients.
- • Healthcare Solution Opportunity Development: You will be responsible for positioning and selling a defined suite of advanced healthcare solutions. These include cutting-edge capabilities for prior authorization decisioning and automation, sophisticated utilization management and policy reasoning engines, intelligent clinical and administrative workflow orchestration tools, and solutions for judgment-heavy operational decisioning, such as coverage determination and exception handling. You will also identify and pursue expansion opportunities across adjacent clinical or administrative workflows. A key aspect of your role will be to guide prospective customers through a structured discovery process, meticulously mapping their specific healthcare pain points to Distyl's tailored solution offerings, thereby avoiding open-ended or bespoke scoping that can dilute value.
- • Executive Engagement: Building and nurturing trusted relationships with senior healthcare executives is paramount. This includes engaging with SVPs and VPs of Clinical Operations, Medical Directors, COOs, CIOs, and Chief Digital/Data Officers. You will lead executive-level conversations that are laser-focused on demonstrable outcomes, return on investment (ROI), operational reliability, and robust governance frameworks, rather than getting bogged down in discussions about underlying models or tooling.
- • Deal Shaping and Negotiation: You will actively shape the scope of solutions, define success metrics collaboratively, and negotiate commercial terms in close partnership with our Solutions, Product, and Implementation teams. Navigating complex procurement, security, compliance, and legal processes will be essential to successfully closing high-Average Contract Value (ACV), multi-year healthcare solution deals.
- • Account Expansion: Beyond initial wins, you will focus on expanding strategic accounts by identifying and selling additional healthcare solution modules and follow-on use cases. Close collaboration with our delivery teams will be crucial to ensure that achieved outcomes translate into successful renewals, expansion opportunities, and the development of referenceable customer advocates.
- • Market and Competitive Insight: Maintaining a strong, informed point of view on the evolving Healthcare AI landscape, understanding buyer priorities, and effectively positioning Distyl against competitors is vital. You will also be responsible for feeding these critical market insights back into our healthcare solution packaging, pricing strategies, and go-to-market (GTM) planning.
