- • As a Strategic Account Executive for Healthcare in the West, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth and market share within one of the most dynamic and critical industries. You will be instrumental in identifying, nurturing, and closing complex sales opportunities with enterprise-level clients, focusing on enhancing their customer experience through NICE's cutting-edge solutions.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to achieve and exceed ambitious annual sales quotas by strategically selling a portfolio of software products and services. This involves a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, its unique challenges, and how NICE's AI-powered CXone Mpower platform can address these needs, from improving patient engagement to optimizing operational efficiency.
- • You will be tasked with building and maintaining robust, high-level relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and VPs, across major healthcare organizations. This requires a consultative approach, acting as a trusted advisor who can articulate complex technical solutions in terms of business value and strategic impact.
- • A significant part of your role will involve identifying new sales opportunities by analyzing customer business situations, understanding their current constraints, and pinpointing areas where technological advancements, particularly in AI and cloud solutions, can unlock new potential and drive innovation.
- • You will lead and coordinate all sales activities, from initial prospecting and lead generation to proposal development, negotiation, and closing enterprise-wide agreements. This demands a proactive, hunter mentality coupled with exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- • Success in this role hinges on your ability to ensure that the sales proposals and solutions presented are not only compelling but also capitalize on the unique strengths of NICE CXone Mpower, ensuring successful implementation and long-term customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience selling multiple software products (portfolio sales) and services into sophisticated accounts in a hunter-type role.
- • Minimum of 1-2 years selling AI Software Solutions.
- • Strong understanding of AI technology & its applications.
- • Superior relationship and client management skills that effectively build trust and credibly manage/resolve customer escalations.
- • Exceptional communication and presentation skills that build confidence and credibility with C and VP-level executives.
- • Inherent self-sufficiency, flexibility, and confidence with a preference for autonomy to take ownership and manage activities & processes to achieve revenue results.
