  • • As a Strategic Account Executive for Healthcare in the West region at NICE Ltd., you will be at the forefront of driving significant revenue growth within the dynamic healthcare industry. This pivotal role is designed for a seasoned sales professional who thrives on building and nurturing high-level relationships with enterprise clients, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding NICE's market share.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to achieve and exceed ambitious annual sales quotas, demonstrating a consistent ability to close complex, enterprise-wide agreements. You will be empowered to lead and orchestrate all sales activities, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach to achieving business objectives.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves deeply understanding the unique challenges and opportunities within the healthcare sector. You will leverage this knowledge to ensure that the proposed NICE CXone Mpower solutions not only align with customer needs but also capitalize on the platform's strengths, guaranteeing successful implementation and tangible business outcomes.
  • • You will be instrumental in establishing new strategic relationships with key players in the healthcare ecosystem, while simultaneously cultivating and strengthening existing client partnerships. This involves a proactive approach to analyzing customer business situations, identifying current constraints, and uncovering new opportunities driven by technological advancements and evolving market demands.
  • • A significant part of your success will hinge on your ability to develop and maintain robust, high-level relationships with C-suite executives and other senior decision-makers within client organizations. This requires exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of executive-level priorities.
  • • You will initiate, support, develop, and meticulously monitor purchasing agreements between NICE CXone Mpower and its customers. This includes managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and that the customer journey is seamless and positive.
  • • This role demands a hunter mentality, with a proven track record of selling multiple software products (portfolio sales) and associated services into sophisticated enterprise accounts. You will be expected to navigate complex sales cycles and build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience specifically selling AI Software Solutions is crucial, demonstrating an understanding of how artificial intelligence can transform business operations and customer experiences within the healthcare context.
  • • You will need a strong, inherent understanding of AI technology and its diverse applications, particularly as they relate to enhancing customer engagement, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making in healthcare.
  • • Superior relationship and client management skills are paramount. You must be adept at building trust, establishing credibility, and effectively managing and resolving customer escalations to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • • A collaborative approach to sales is essential. You will work closely with various internal teams, including pre-sales engineers, product specialists, and customer success managers, as well as external stakeholders, to deliver comprehensive solutions and exceptional client experiences.
  • • Exceptional communication and presentation skills are required to confidently and credibly engage with C and VP-level executives, articulating complex value propositions and securing buy-in.
  • • The ideal candidate possesses inherent self-sufficiency, flexibility, and confidence, with a strong preference for autonomy. You should be comfortable taking ownership, managing your activities and processes independently, and driving towards revenue results in a remote work environment.
  • • An advantage will be given to candidates with existing experience or knowledge of CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service), CX (Customer Experience), and/or Conversational AI solutions, as well as experience selling a full suite of SaaS products, enabling a quicker ramp-up and deeper impact.
  • • This is an individual contributor role, reporting directly to the Director of Sales, and requires residency within the West Coast of the USA to effectively manage the assigned territory.
