- • As a Strategic Account Executive for the Nordics region, you will be instrumental in driving our go-to-market strategy and establishing Unframe as a leader in enterprise AI. This is a unique opportunity to be among our foundational sales team members, playing a pivotal role in securing our first major enterprise clients, shaping our sales playbook, and directly influencing our revenue engine. You will partner closely with the VP of Sales and the founding team, contributing to the strategic direction of the company.
- • Your primary focus will be to drive enterprise transformation by leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. You will target highly regulated industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Retail, where Unframe's on-premises capabilities offer a distinct competitive advantage. Success in this role requires navigating intricate organizational structures and understanding the unique compliance and security needs of these sectors.
- • You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline generation in an early-stage environment to closing significant deals. This involves identifying and winning strategic enterprise accounts without the benefit of an established sales playbook or a pre-existing pipeline. Your ability to build relationships from the ground up and demonstrate the value of our innovative AI solutions will be critical.
- • A key aspect of this role involves translating complex AI/ML capabilities into clear, compelling business outcomes for C-suite stakeholders. You will position Unframe as the premier solution for companies looking to "buy vs. build" their AI capabilities, highlighting our unique Blueprint-led approach that ensures customization without data sharing and offers value-based pricing.
- • Beyond initial acquisition, you will be responsible for architecting multi-year expansion strategies within your accounts. This involves cultivating deep, trusted relationships across various departments, including IT, product, and innovation teams, to ensure sustained growth and customer success.
- • As a vital member of our early team, you will actively participate in shaping our go-to-market strategy. You will collaborate directly with the VP of Sales and founders, providing critical market feedback to refine our enterprise sales approach and influence the future direction of our product roadmap. Your insights will be invaluable as we scale.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a consistent track record of over-achieving quota at Fortune 500 companies.
- • Proven success in closing deals with an Annual Contract Value (ACV) of $1M+ in early-stage or startup environments.
- • Experience selling complex technical solutions, particularly in AI/ML platforms, digital transformation, enterprise data platforms, or management consulting, to C-suite and CIO organizations.
- • Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset: ability to thrive in ambiguity, take full ownership of outcomes, and build processes and strategies from the ground up.
- • Success in navigating and selling into highly regulated industries (e.g., FinServ, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail) with complex compliance requirements.
- • Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is highly desirable for effective communication within the region.
