🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 4 years of strategic sales experience, with a proven track record of closing deals ranging from $100K to $2M.
  • • Demonstrated experience selling to enterprise buyers within a value-based, consultative sales motion, ideally with experience in methodologies like Command of Message or Value Selling.
  • • High learning velocity and intellectual curiosity, with a demonstrated ability to deeply understand complex technical products and business challenges (RTFM attitude).
  • • Proven ability to thrive and operate effectively in early-stage, high-ambiguity environments, particularly within teams of fewer than 150 people.
  • • Possess a builder mindset, demonstrating ownership and treating your deals and territory as a product to be developed and optimized.
  • • Coachable, thoughtful, and demonstrably obsessed with continuous self-improvement and professional growth.
