  • • As a Strategic Account Executive within Equifax's Talent Solutions Sales Team, you will be instrumental in managing and growing a portfolio of high-value alliance partners, specifically background screeners who resell our innovative products.
  • • Your primary focus will be on cultivating deep, trusted advisor relationships with these partners, understanding their business objectives, and identifying opportunities to embed Equifax's screening solutions into their workflows.
  • • This role demands a proactive approach to strategic partnership management, ensuring that partners leverage Equifax's offerings to drive mutual revenue growth and deliver a seamless, positive experience for both employers and candidates.
  • • You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding ambitious expansion and new business targets, actively pursuing upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and championing the introduction of new product initiatives to your partner base.
  • • A key aspect of this position involves developing and nurturing multi-threaded relationships with key decision-makers within partner organizations, including senior executives and operations leaders, to foster alignment and drive strategic collaboration.
  • • Building and maintaining robust customer and partner trust is paramount. This will be achieved by cultivating strong working relationships with economic buyers, decision-makers, and influencers within client organizations.
  • • You will be expected to drive strong pipeline development and sales execution, efficiently orchestrating Equifax's internal resources to support sales efforts and accelerate revenue growth across the full spectrum of our product portfolio.

  • • Increasing transparency into partner sales pipelines and product roadmaps will be crucial for identifying new sales opportunities and effectively supporting partner sales teams in achieving their annual growth and sales targets.
  • • You will proactively identify whitespace opportunities within partner accounts, skillfully negotiate pricing and legal agreements, and ensure the timely initiation of solution implementations.
  • • Accurate forecasting of revenue projections on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis is a critical responsibility, requiring diligent tracking and analysis of sales activities and pipeline health.
  • • Regular scheduling and execution of quarterly and bi-annual review meetings with your portfolio of strategic clients will be necessary to assess progress against account goals, objectives, and overall results.
