- • Join Fundraise Up as a Strategic Account Executive, a pivotal role focused on driving net-new revenue within our named Strategic Accounts segment. This remote position, based in the USA (EST and CST time zones), offers a significant opportunity to shape the future of online fundraising for some of the world's most impactful non-profit organizations.
- • At Fundraise Up, we are dedicated to revolutionizing the fundraising landscape. Our innovative platform is engineered for speed, conversion, and a seamless donor experience, processing tens of millions of dollars monthly. We empower leading non-profits like UNICEF, the Obama Foundation, and the Alzheimer's Association, and you will be instrumental in expanding this reach.
- • As an elite seller, you will anchor our Strategic Sales efforts, focusing on navigating and closing complex, six- and seven-figure SaaS deals. Your success will be measured by your ability to develop a distinct point of view, challenge the status quo, and champion a business-value approach to solution selling.
- • You will be responsible for orchestrating the entire sales lifecycle for your named accounts. This involves rigorous qualification, accurate forecasting, and proactive engagement with stakeholders to shape requirements and secure deals, ideally before the RFP stage. Your ability to assess deal health and maintain high forecast accuracy will be critical.
- • A key aspect of this role is acting as the "Captain" of your internal account team. You will expertly leverage cross-functional resources, including Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Product, Legal, and Executive leadership, to drive deals forward and ensure client success.
- • You will lead impactful discovery workshops and executive briefings, moving beyond standard feature demonstrations to articulate a compelling vision for how Fundraise Up can digitally transform our clients' fundraising operations and drive significant revenue impact.
- • This role requires adeptness in selling to VP and C-Suite executives. You will need to effectively multi-thread within organizations, engaging with the Economic Buyer, Technical Validator, and key Champions to build consensus and drive adoption.
- • Collaboration with the Marketing team is essential for executing targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, enabling deep penetration into your assigned strategic accounts.
- • Your primary objective will be consistently achieving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets. Maintaining high data integrity within our CRM system is paramount to tracking progress and ensuring operational efficiency.
- • You will build compelling financial business cases that directly align with the strategic goals and revenue objectives of our prospects, demonstrating clear ROI and value.
- • The ability to proactively shape requirements with key stakeholders is crucial. This involves understanding their challenges and positioning Fundraise Up as the indispensable solution, or strategically determining when a partnership is not the right fit.
- • You will be expected to manage long sales cycles, typically exceeding nine months, requiring patience, persistence, and a strategic approach to maintaining momentum and engagement throughout the process.
- • Developing and executing comprehensive account plans will be a core responsibility, requiring a deep understanding of complex organizational structures and the ability to engage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- • Strong written communication skills are vital for crafting clear, compelling executive memos and business cases that resonate with senior leadership and articulate the strategic value of Fundraise Up.
- • You will possess a commanding executive presence, capable of engaging confidently and persuasively with C-Suite leaders, commanding attention and building trust.
- • Proven ability to lead complex negotiations, skillfully navigating discussions involving procurement, legal, and security teams, is essential for closing enterprise-level deals.
- • Ultimately, you will be a driving force in expanding Fundraise Up's footprint within the strategic accounts sector, contributing directly to the company's high-growth trajectory and mission to empower non-profits worldwide.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7-10 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise tech sales, with a proven track record of closing deals greater than $250k ARR.
- • Demonstrated mastery of structured strategic sales frameworks and qualification criteria (e.g., verifying budget, authority, and decision timelines).
- • History of Top 10% performance (President’s Club, etc.) in previous roles.
- • High "EQ" and adaptability to navigate the ambiguity of a high-growth environment.
- • Ability to develop and execute account plans, spanning multiple stakeholders across complex organizations.
- • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to write clear, compelling executive memos and business cases.

- • 401(k) plan with a company match to support your long-term financial goals.
- • 100% Company-paid insurance coverage for short-term disability, long-term disability, basic life insurance, and AD&D.
- • Paid parental leave (12 weeks for primary caregivers, 6 weeks for secondary caregivers).
- • Generous home office stipend to create an optimal remote work environment.
- • Annual professional development stipend to foster continuous learning and career growth.
