  • • Sell Optro’s audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platform to large publicly traded and private organizations with $15B+ in revenue, managing a dedicated territory of strategic accounts.
  • • Execute full-cycle sales processes including territory planning, pipeline generation, and closing deals with a focus on both net new business acquisition and cross-sell/upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • • Develop and execute multi-year account plans and tailored sales strategies to position Optro’s multi-pillar platform across multiple business units and economic buyers.
  • • Build trusted advisory relationships with C-suite executives including CCOs, CAOs, CFOs, CIOs, CTOs, EVPs, and SVPs by deeply understanding their strategic priorities and aligning Optro’s solutions to their business objectives.
  • • Identify customer pain points, educate prospects on Optro’s value proposition, highlight product differentiators, and conduct product demonstrations via video conference or onsite visits.
  • • Co-create customized solutions and business cases to enable internal stakeholders to advocate for and adopt Optro across their organizations.
  • • Collaborate closely with SDRs, Product Solutions Engineers, Value Architects, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to achieve sales targets and ensure seamless customer onboarding and retention.
  • • Develop and nurture partnerships with Big 4 accounting firms and boutique advisory firms to expand business development efforts and drive joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • • Navigate complex SaaS sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, legal negotiations, and enterprise buying processes with deal sizes ranging from $100k to $1M+ ARR.
  • • Utilize the MEDDICC/MEDDPICC sales qualification framework to assess opportunity viability and guide strategic sales motions.
  • • Travel 25%-30% for client meetings, partner engagements, and industry events to strengthen relationships and close deals.
  • • Maintain a consistent track record of exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas of $1.3M–$1.7M in enterprise SaaS revenue.
  • • Work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment with a focus on innovation, customer obsession, and team-driven success.
  • • Leverage cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and Renewals to drive customer satisfaction, expansion, and long-term retention.
  • • Contribute to shaping the evolution of Optro’s product offering by providing direct feedback from the largest and most complex enterprise customers.
  • • Adhere to company values of grit, innovation, customer obsession, and winning together while maintaining compliance with all internal policies and external regulations.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years of sales experience with at least 4 years selling enterprise/B2B SaaS solutions in a high-growth environment
  • • Consistent track record of exceeding quarterly and annual quotas of $1.3M–$1.7M in enterprise SaaS revenue
  • • Proven experience managing complex SaaS deals of $100k–$1M+ ARR with multi-stakeholder buying processes
  • • Experience leveraging cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Renewals) to drive expansion and retention
  • • Strong executive presence with a history of building trusted relationships at the C-suite level
  • • Proficiency in using MEDDICC/MEDDPICC sales qualification framework
