- • Own and drive revenue growth from a portfolio of existing Fortune 1000 enterprise client accounts through expansion sales, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
- • Develop and execute strategic account growth plans aligned with client needs and Ontic’s Connected Intelligence Platform capabilities.
- • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- • Serve as a trusted strategic partner to multiple stakeholders within client organizations, including C-suite executives and decision-makers in Risk, Security, IT, and Legal departments.
- • Collaborate closely with Solutions Engineers, Product, and Customer Success teams to design and deliver tailored proposals that drive adoption of new platform modules and services.
- • Monitor account health metrics and proactively identify churn risks, working with internal teams to implement retention and expansion strategies.
- • Accurately manage and document all sales activities, pipeline stages, and forecasts within Salesforce.
- • Represent Ontic as a domain and product expert at client meetings, industry events, corporate functions, and through social media and community platforms.
- • Continuously deepen knowledge of the security technology market, competitive landscape, and client industry trends to maintain a competitive sales advantage.
- • Leverage a consultative, insight-driven sales approach to uncover buyer motivations and align Ontic’s solutions with client strategic objectives.
- • Maintain high standards of professionalism and compliance with Ontic’s Security and Privacy policies in all client interactions.
- • Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance sales methodologies and stay current with evolving SaaS sales best practices.
- • Participate in company-wide initiatives including quarterly Mental Escape (ME) days, anniversary and milestone celebrations, and community-building activities.
- • Utilize standard SaaS sales technology stack including Salesforce (SFDC), Outreach, and Sales Navigator to optimize workflow and pipeline management.
- • Contribute to Ontic’s mission of enhancing corporate and government security through strategic client partnerships and platform adoption.
🎯 Requirements
- • Five-plus years of experience in enterprise account management or strategic sales, preferably within SaaS or B2B tech
- • Demonstrated success in exceeding revenue growth targets through expansion sales in enterprise accounts
- • Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures, long sales cycles, and multiple decision-makers
- • Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC), Outreach, Sales Navigator, and other standard SaaS sales tech stack tools
- • Experience selling into Fortune 1000 cost centers such as Risk, Security, IT, or Legal departments
- • Strong executive presence and comfort presenting to C-suite stakeholders
