- • As a Strategic Account Manager for Atlas Performance at Kochava, you will be instrumental in nurturing and expanding key client relationships within the dynamic adtech landscape. This role is pivotal in driving the success of Atlas Performance, Kochava's cutting-edge, real-time, cross-device, outcomes-based measurement and optimization platform. You will be a cornerstone of the Revenue team, tasked with owning strategic client partnerships, fostering deep platform adoption, identifying and capitalizing on expansion opportunities, ensuring seamless operational execution, and ultimately contributing to the long-term growth and profitability of your assigned accounts.
- • Your primary focus will be on cultivating and deepening relationships with strategic clients, including leading CTV OEMs, AVOD publishers, RMNs, and programmatic platforms. You will act as the main point of contact, managing day-to-day interactions across client teams such as agency development, measurement, operations, and analytics. This involves developing an intimate understanding of each client's unique business objectives, their existing portfolio, and their overarching goals. This deep insight will empower you to proactively identify areas where Atlas Performance can deliver additional value, leading to upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- • A critical aspect of your role will be championing the "Outcomes Optimization" pillar of Atlas Performance. You will educate and encourage both supply-side partners and agency buyers to leverage optimized audiences, driving continuous throughput and maximizing the value of their ad spend. This involves positioning Atlas Performance as a key differentiator in their media strategies.
- • Furthermore, you will be involved in the "Measurable Extension" capabilities, partnering with publishers and platforms to support RFP responses and collaboratively craft performance-driven media plans. This includes developing tailored media packages for significant events, seasonal campaigns, and specific audience profiles. You will work closely with the Marketing team to inform the creation of sales training and onboarding materials, ensuring consistent and effective knowledge transfer.
- • Operational excellence is paramount. You will collaborate closely with the Ad Operations team to meticulously plan, set up, and activate campaigns. This includes supporting campaign trafficking, quality assurance, pacing, delivery monitoring, and performance analysis across various ad servers, DSPs, and publisher platforms. A key technical responsibility will be the implementation of pixels, postbacks, and conversion tracking mechanisms to robustly support attribution and optimization efforts. You will be responsible for delivering clear, insightful, and actionable reporting to partners and their clients, translating data into strategic recommendations.
- • Maintaining strong operational hygiene, comprehensive documentation, and adherence to best practices will be essential for ensuring the smooth functioning of client accounts and internal processes.
- • As a Strategic Account Leader, you will conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with senior client stakeholders. These reviews are crucial for reinforcing the value proposition of Atlas Performance, showcasing achievements, and identifying pathways for account expansion. You will consistently deliver confident, technically sound, and industry-informed messaging that resonates with executive-level audiences.
- • Your efforts will directly contribute to driving top-line revenue growth and improving account margins, which includes managing contract renewals and navigating commercial renegotiations. Proactive monitoring of account and portfolio health through diligent reporting and performance analysis will be a continuous responsibility.
- • You will play a vital role in the client onboarding process, managing the transition from sales handoff through technical activation, ensuring a seamless transfer of knowledge and a positive initial experience for the client.
- • Ongoing training and enablement will be a key part of your role, extending to clients, internal teams, and new hires, all aimed at increasing product stickiness and maximizing user proficiency.
- • You will develop deep expertise across the entire Atlas Performance suite, encompassing Outcomes Measurement (attribution), Outcomes Optimization (yield and monetization), and Measurable Extension (audience and media activation). Achieving expert-level proficiency in presenting and demonstrating the platform's capabilities, reporting features, and unique value proposition will be a core requirement. Staying abreast of the product roadmap and evolving customer use cases will ensure you remain a trusted advisor to your clients.
- • You will be expected to achieve quarterly revenue growth targets, demonstrating a strong commercial acumen and a results-oriented approach to account management. Your ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships will be the foundation of your success in this role.
