- • As an Enterprise Account Manager at Fundamental, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing enterprise decision-making. You will own and cultivate strategic relationships with our most important clients, primarily Fortune 100 companies, acting as the primary conduit between their complex needs and Fundamental's groundbreaking AI solutions. This role is designed for a seasoned sales professional who thrives in intricate, multi-stakeholder environments, navigates lengthy and sophisticated sales cycles, and excels at forging high-value, long-term strategic partnerships. You will be the central orchestrator, the quarterback, ensuring seamless collaboration across Fundamental's C-suite, product development, and engineering teams to drive deep adoption, significant expansion, and sustained long-term value for our clients.
- • Your core mission will be to manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts. This involves deeply understanding their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and aligning Fundamental's advanced Large Tabular Model (LTM) technology, NEXUS, to address them. You will be responsible for identifying new use cases, driving product adoption, and ensuring our clients are maximizing the potential of our AI solutions to achieve tangible business outcomes.
- • You will serve as the primary point of contact for senior-level stakeholders within these organizations, engaging directly with VPs, SVPs, and C-suite executives. Building and maintaining these trusted relationships is paramount. This requires a sophisticated understanding of executive priorities, the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in business terms, and a consistent focus on delivering measurable business value.
- • The role demands adept management of long and complex sales cycles. This includes navigating the intricate procurement, legal, security, and IT review processes inherent in large enterprises. You will need to develop a keen understanding of enterprise buying behaviors, internal decision-making dynamics, and the ability to influence multiple stakeholders across different departments and levels of authority.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise account management or enterprise sales, with a demonstrable history of success.
- • Proven track record of selling high-value, complex solutions to Fortune 100 companies, navigating intricate buying committees and long sales cycles.
- • Extensive experience engaging with and influencing C-suite and senior executives, understanding their strategic priorities and business challenges.
- • Solid background in enterprise software, AI/ML, data platforms, or analytics, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to business leaders.
- • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a strong focus on understanding and delivering business outcomes.
