• • As a Strategic Account Manager – Commercial Real Estate Vertical at Carrier Global Corporation, you will serve as the primary contact for strategic customers in the North America Commercial Real Estate market, driving sales of Carrier equipment and aftermarket services while building C-level relationships with Equipment, Service & Aftermarket clients who have a National/Regional presence.
• • Day to day, you will develop new business relationships with end-user clients, prepare and negotiate complex sales contracts, conduct needs assessments, create sales proposals and presentations, prepare sales activity reports and forecasts, collaborate with field sales and service teams, operations, finance, and legal resources, coach field-level professionals, and travel 45-50% to support customer engagements and build professional networks.
