- • As a Strategic Account Manager covering the East, you will be a key driver of customer retention and expansion, ensuring commercial enterprise clients successfully leverage Flashpoint's threat intelligence solutions to confront complex security challenges and protect critical assets and people.
- • Day to day, you will cultivate long-term trusted relationships with key stakeholders, manage the renewal pipeline, identify expansion opportunities, drive consultative conversations translating product value into business outcomes, maintain high-touch communication with decision-makers, and track customer health metrics including NPS to mitigate churn risk.
- • Flashpoint is the pioneering leader in threat data and intelligence, empowering commercial enterprises and government agencies to reduce risk and improve operational resilience through the Flashpoint Ignite platform, which delivers depth, breadth, and speed of data from relevant sources enriched by human insights across cyber threat intelligence, vulnerability intelligence, geopolitical risk, physical security, fraud, and brand protection.
- • In this role, you will achieve mastery of the full Flashpoint product portfolio within 60 days, establish customer health monitoring processes, partner with the Strategic Advisory team to conduct Executive Business Reviews by 90 days, identify first expansion opportunities, and develop renewal strategies for accounts within the next 12 months—directly contributing to customer value realization and revenue growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record in strategic account management, customer success, or consultative sales within the B2B SaaS industry, ideally in cybersecurity or threat intelligence
- • Expertise in managing complex customer relationships, securing renewals, and driving organic growth within large enterprise accounts
- • Experience crafting strategic, complex multi-year renewal and expansion agreements and negotiating software and services contracts with procurement teams
- • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues across all organizational levels, from analysts to executive leadership
- • Motivation to exceed ambitious retention and expansion targets with a resilient spirit in the face of customer challenges
- • Proficiency in using CRM capabilities and emerging account management tools to monitor customer health and drive value realization
