đź“‹ Description
- • As a Strategic Account Manager at Array Behavioral Care, you will serve as the primary commercial owner of strategic partner relationships, driving revenue growth, retention, and expansion within complex health systems and hospital networks. This role is critical to Array’s mission of transforming access to behavioral health care by deepening partnerships with key healthcare organizations that rely on Array’s virtual psychiatry and therapy services to improve patient outcomes and system-wide care delivery.
- • You will own and achieve an individual revenue quota while contributing to a shared team quota, managing the full lifecycle of strategic accounts from identification and development of expansion opportunities to contract renewals, pricing negotiations, and executive business reviews. Your day-to-day will involve building and maintaining executive-level relationships across clinical, operational, financial, and administrative stakeholders, leading cross-functional initiatives to scope solutions, conducting regular onsite visits (30-40% travel), forecasting pipeline activity in Salesforce, and proactively mitigating risks to retention and revenue.
- • Array Behavioral Care is the nation’s leading virtual psychiatry and therapy practice, partnering with hospitals, health systems, community healthcare organizations, and payors to deliver scalable, high-quality behavioral health care through innovative telepsychiatry solutions. The company operates at the forefront of healthcare innovation, combining clinical excellence with technology to expand access to mental health services across the care continuum—from inpatient settings to the home.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced expertise in healthcare sales strategy, enterprise account management, and value-based selling within complex, regulated environments. You will sharpen your ability to influence senior leaders, navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making processes, and design tailored solutions that align clinical outcomes with financial and operational goals—positioning yourself for long-term growth in healthcare strategy, sales leadership, or partnership development.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or strategic partnerships with direct quota ownership
- • Demonstrated experience managing and growing large, complex health systems or enterprise healthcare organizations
- • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
- • Master’s degree in social work, healthcare, business, or related field preferred
- • Experience with clinical services businesses and collaboration with partner accounts in healthcare settings
- • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior decision-makers in multi-stakeholder environments
🏖️ Benefits
- • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, with employer-paid life and long-term disability insurance
- • 401(k) retirement plan
- • 15 days of accrued PTO annually, plus 8 paid holidays and 3 floating holidays
- • Additional voluntary benefits including short-term disability, voluntary life insurance (employee, spousal, child), accident, critical illness, hospital/confinement insurance, and FSA/HSA contributions
