- • Develop and execute short- and long-term account strategies for assigned customers to drive growth, profitability, and risk management in the adhesives, coatings, and sealants industry.
- • Own and deliver annual sales, margin, and volume targets for designated strategic accounts.
- • Lead pricing and margin strategy through value-based selling and customer negotiations to maximize commercial outcomes.
- • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through structured prospecting and strategic account expansion.
- • Maintain a robust, forward-looking sales pipeline to ensure sustained growth and portfolio diversification.
- • Serve as a trusted strategic partner to customers by providing insights on market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive positioning.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, technical service, and marketing teams to support product trials, new customer development, and commercialization initiatives.
- • Partner with distribution partners to align go-to-market strategies and execute joint growth initiatives.
- • Optimize product portfolio mix, pricing structure, and volume allocation to meet commercial objectives and enhance profitability.
- • Independently manage customer relationships with a high degree of autonomy, quickly acquiring technical knowledge of adhesives and bonding solutions.
- • Demonstrate strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills to effectively engage customers and internal stakeholders.
- • Travel up to 50% as required by territory, with a valid driver’s license as a minimum requirement.
- • Operate with a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and self-motivation in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5 years of industrial sales experience (marketing or technical experience may be considered)
- • Proven ability to proactively engage customers and deliver results in a growth-oriented environment
- • Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel up to 50%, depending on territory
- • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
- • Ability to work independently and quickly develop technical product knowledge
