📋 Description
- • Serve as the senior executive responsible for nCino’s top Strategic Independent Mortgage Bank (IMB) enterprise accounts in the Midwest territory, driving revenue growth and deepening customer engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
- • Own full sales cycle for named IMB accounts, including pipeline creation, opportunity identification, contract negotiation, and closing deals to exceed booking and revenue targets.
- • Expand nCino’s footprint within existing enterprise clients by partnering with the Customer Success team to drive product adoption and uncover upsell opportunities across business units.
- • Leverage deep industry knowledge of mortgage operations to understand client challenges and position nCino’s Bank Operating System as a solution to critical operational problems.
- • Conduct consultative sales engagements with C-suite executives and key decision-makers, building credibility and influencing their perspective on nCino’s value proposition.
- • Develop and execute strategic account plans that include resource allocation, growth forecasting, and performance measurement to ensure both customer and company success.
- • Identify and mobilize internal stakeholders within client organizations to build consensus and accelerate decision-making processes.
- • Deliver customized demos of the nCino Bank Operating System tailored to prospect needs, either virtually or on-site, showcasing platform capabilities and business outcomes.
- • Navigate complex organizational structures within IMBs to map decision-making and approval workflows, compress sales cycles, and effectively close high-value deals.
- • Maintain administrative and process excellence by managing account documentation, CRM updates, and sales forecasts with precision and consistency.
- • Travel frequently throughout the Midwest territory to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support on-site engagements to achieve territory objectives.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align go-to-market strategies and enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
- • Stay current on mortgage industry trends, competitive solutions, and nCino product updates to maintain thought leadership and provide strategic insights to clients.
