- • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic enterprise clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships to drive retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction.
- • Develop and execute customized account plans aligned with client business objectives, leveraging Dun & Bradstreet’s data and analytics solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, data science, and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and proactive identification of upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- • Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders to assess performance, gather feedback, and align on future initiatives, ensuring client goals are met or exceeded.
- • Analyze client usage patterns, contract terms, and market trends to identify risks and opportunities, providing data-driven recommendations for account growth.
- • Lead contract renewals and negotiations, ensuring compliance with company policies while maximizing revenue retention and client value.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by translating complex data insights into actionable business strategies that support their growth, risk management, and operational efficiency.
- • Represent Dun & Bradstreet in client-facing meetings, industry events, and executive-level discussions, reinforcing brand credibility and thought leadership.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM systems, ensuring all interactions, agreements, and milestones are documented for internal alignment and audit readiness.
- • Monitor competitor activity and market shifts affecting client industries, adapting account strategies to maintain competitive advantage and client relevance.
- • Drive client advocacy by cultivating references, case studies, and testimonials that support broader marketing and sales initiatives.
- • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, expansion goals, and customer satisfaction KPIs as defined by leadership.
- • Provide input to product and service development teams based on direct client feedback and emerging market needs.
- • Travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry conferences, or participate in internal training and team alignment sessions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Strategic Account Manager or similar role managing enterprise-level clients in B2B SaaS, data, or analytics industries
- • Demonstrated ability to lead complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth from existing accounts
- • Strong understanding of business intelligence, data analytics, or credit risk solutions
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with experience engaging C-suite executives
- • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools
- • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota and KPIs
