- • Serve as the primary point of contact for new publisher and broadcaster clients, managing all post-sales account activities from launch through growth phases
- • Own and grow a book of business across the Americas, maximizing global pitches and upsell opportunities through strategic client engagement
- • Monitor account health using data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for revenue expansion
- • Provide strategic consulting on inventory monetization to clients, advising on optimal use of Nexxen’s SSP offerings to maximize profitability
- • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with publisher partners to assess performance, align on goals, and recommend actionable growth strategies
- • Integrate new publishers and broadcasters onto the Unruly platform, overseeing end-to-end onboarding and ongoing relationship management
- • Analyze client performance data and demand signals to drive informed decisions on product upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- • Collaborate closely with the commercial demand team to align client strategies with market demand and platform capabilities
- • Work in close coordination with product and engineering teams to communicate client needs, prioritize feature requests, and support product improvements
- • Prepare and deliver compelling value propositions to key publishers for internal sales team alignment and deal support
- • Provide monthly revenue forecasting to the commercial team with data-driven insights on account performance and pipeline potential
- • Maintain deep understanding of digital advertising formats, including display, in-stream video, OTT, and CTV, to offer tailored solutions
- • Negotiate client terms and expand account scope by identifying new monetization opportunities aligned with Nexxen’s technology stack
- • Ensure all client needs are met through proactive communication and issue resolution with both internal teams and external partners

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of account management experience in a client-facing role
- • Solid understanding of digital advertising formats including display, in-stream video, OTT, and CTV
- • Proven ability to manage post-sales relationships, analyze performance data, and drive upsell opportunities
- • Skilled negotiator with a demonstrated track record of closing deals and expanding client accounts
- • Bachelor’s degree required
- • Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams (product, engineering, commercial) and external clients to solve problems and drive results
