- • As a Strategic Accounts Onboarding Manager at Wealth.com, you will lead onboarding for the company’s most strategic enterprise clients—RIAs, broker-dealers, and private wealth firms—while simultaneously building the scalable onboarding program, playbooks, and infrastructure that will define how Wealth.com scales its customer success function. This dual role combines hands-on client delivery with strategic program development, ensuring high-touch experiences for top-tier clients and repeatable processes for broader team execution.
- • Day to day, you will personally manage end-to-end onboarding for high-value enterprise accounts, ensuring white-glove service from kickoff through full adoption; design and refine onboarding strategy, including post-sale journey mapping, tiering frameworks, and success milestones; create scalable assets such as playbooks, training materials, in-product guides, and client documentation; coach and develop the Onboarding team to build ownership and scalability; partner with Sales to ensure seamless handoffs from closed deals; collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Support to identify friction points and advocate for product improvements; explore self-service and scalable onboarding models to support growth without linear headcount increases; and define, track, and act on key onboarding KPIs like time-to-value, activation, completion rates, and early retention.
