📋 Description
- • As a Strategic Advisory Services Consultant on CrowdStrike’s Response Readiness Exercises (RRE) team, you will help customers enhance their cybersecurity preparedness by delivering proactive incident response readiness engagements that build trust, improve resilience, and position CrowdStrike as a strategic security partner.
- • You will deliver readiness-focused offerings such as tabletop exercises to new and existing customers across SMBs and Fortune 500 enterprises, cultivate trusted advisor relationships, share insights with internal teams, and continuously expand your expertise in cybersecurity services and Falcon platform capabilities.
- • You will join a mission-driven, innovative cybersecurity leader that values autonomy, passion, and customer obsession, operating within a flexible remote-first culture that empowers employees to own their careers while contributing to global security resilience.
- • In this role, you will develop deep consulting and technical acumen in incident response, strengthen your ability to advise C-suite and technical stakeholders, and grow into a trusted advisor who influences both customer outcomes and internal service evolution at a global scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-3 years of experience providing cybersecurity and/or incident response consulting services
- • Experience briefing senior organizational leaders, including C-suite and top security program executives
- • Proven ability to build and grow strategic relationships with mid-level security managers and executives
- • Demonstrated success in customer-facing project management with a strong focus on service delivery and client satisfaction
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in fast-paced professional environments
- • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to engage with clients, often with short notice
