• • Strategic AI transformation lead responsible for driving enterprise-wide AI adoption and value realization for Fortune 50-100 customers, serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders and architecting change beyond software implementation.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a strategic customer portfolio, leading ROI and value initiatives, building C-suite relationships, conducting surveys and interviews to measure P&L impact, orchestrating cross-functional programs, identifying expansion opportunities, and scaling transformation best practices through frameworks and communications.
